This Privacy Policy explains how SkyCat Media LLC ("SkyCat Media," "we," "us") handles information collected through skycatmedia.com and in the course of providing drone photography and videography services.
When you request an estimate, book a flight, or contact us, we may collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the project you're asking us to fly.
Like most websites, this site also collects basic technical information automatically — such as browser type, device, approximate location, and pages visited — through our hosting provider and Google Analytics (described below).
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
We also record a few interactions as events — such as clicking an email link or submitting the contact form — so we can see which pages lead to inquiries. These events do not include the contents of what you type into the form.
The information is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos and video captured during a flight are taken for the purpose of the booked project. With a client's permission, select work may be featured in our portfolio or on social media to showcase our services. If you'd prefer a project not be used this way, let us know and we'll leave it out.
Estimate requests submitted through the contact form on this site are delivered to us using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which processes the information you enter solely so it can be sent to us.
Website usage data is processed by Google through Google Analytics, as described above.
We don't otherwise share your personal information with third parties except as needed to complete a project (for example, a lender or insurance adjuster you've asked us to deliver footage to), or where required by law.
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using a project in our portfolio, by messaging us on Instagram or emailing the address below.
